1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 765a, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, the user expressly declares that:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Is 18 years of age or older;
• Is not accessing the services from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited;
• Agrees to comply with all rules set out herein and the supplementary policies of 765a.

Continued use of the platform after changes to these Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions. The 765a recommends reading this document periodically.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the services provided by 765a, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil or have lawful access to the services from your location;
• Not be an employee, representative, or immediate family member of an employee of 765a;
• Not hold any other active account on the platform (only one account per CPF is permitted);
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Information required at registration

Registration at 765a requires the following information: full name, CPF, date of birth, full address, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information provided must be accurate. The 765a reserves the right to request additional documents at any time to confirm the identity of the account holder.

Each user may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection, and any balance held in the duplicate account may be frozen during the investigation. If you accidentally opened a second account, contact 765a.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

The 765a is required, under its internal policies and the applicable regulations governing the betting market in Brazil, to verify the identity of all users before authorizing the first withdrawal. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

Accepted documents for verification

• RG (National Identity Card) — front and back;
• Driver's License (CNH) — front and back;
• Passport — identification page;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (water, electricity, or gas bill, or bank statement).

The verification process is completed only once. Once approved, all subsequent withdrawals are automatic and do not require re-verification, except in cases of profile updates or suspected irregular activity. Documents are reviewed within up to 48 business hours, though approval is granted within a few hours in most cases.

4Deposits

The 765a accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed below. All deposits are processed in BRL with no operational fee charged by the platform.

The 765a only accepts deposits from bank accounts or payment methods held in the same name as the registered account on the platform. Deposits made by third parties may be blocked and the amount returned to its original source, subject to verification.

Accidental or duplicate deposits may be refunded by contacting support, provided no bets have been placed with the balance. Once the balance has been used for betting, deposits are non-refundable.

5Withdrawals

The 765a processes Pix withdrawals within 2 minutes for accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00 and the platform charges no operational fee on any withdrawal method.

General withdrawal rules

• The first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC) to have been completed and approved;
• Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or payment methods registered under the account holder's name on the platform;
• The 765a reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorizing withdrawals of amounts above R$ 10,000.00;
• In cases of suspected irregular activity, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended pending the conclusion of an internal review;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the balance remaining after the bonus rollover requirement has been met is available for withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 765a offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions for registered users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, available in the promotions section of the user's account. The general rules below apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus at 765a consists of a 100% match on the first deposit, up to R$ 1,000.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the first qualifying deposit and is subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering) before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

General bonus rules

• Each user is entitled to a single welcome bonus per CPF and per residential address;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate in the account — bets draw from the real balance first, unless a specific promotion is configured otherwise;
• The rollover required to release a bonus must be completed within the validity period stated in each promotion's terms;
• The 765a reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse, use of multiple accounts, or a violation of these Terms is detected;
• Bonuses not redeemed within the validity period expire automatically;

7Sports Betting

The 765a offers pre-match and live betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Champions League, and more), basketball, volleyball, MMA, UFC, tennis, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform. The general rules below apply to all Sports Betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after confirmation;
• Bets placed on events that had already started before the bet was confirmed will be voided and the stake returned to the balance;
• If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original date, pre-match bets may be voided and the balance refunded;
• The 765a reserves the right to correct odds that were set incorrectly due to a technical error — bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided;
• Accumulator bets (parlays) with 2 or more selections have their odds multiplied. All selections must be correct for the bet to win;
• Cashout — closing a bet early during an event — is available on selected markets, and the value is calculated based on real-time odds at the moment of the request.

Live Betting

Live bets at 765a are processed in real time during events. Odds change continuously throughout matches, reflecting the current state of play. A live bet is only confirmed after full processing by the system — in cases of technical instability that prevents confirmation, the bet may be declined and the amount returned to the balance with no penalty to the user.

8Casino & Games

The 765a offers casino games including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, baccarat, crash games, and progressive jackpots. All casino games operate with an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditors or with verified live streaming, ensuring fair and unbiased results.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed on that game's information page;
• The 765a does not manipulate or influence the outcome of any game — results are determined solely by the RNG or the live result;

9Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once activated, the limit cannot be increased immediately — a 24-hour waiting period applies to any increase;
• Betting limit: set a maximum betting limit per day, week, or month;
• Account pause: temporarily suspend account access for a set period (1 day to 6 months);
• Self-Exclusion: permanently closes account access for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, creating new accounts on the platform is not permitted;

10Account Security

The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials — username and password. The 765a strongly recommends:

• Never share your login credentials with third parties;
• Log out when accessing the platform on shared devices;

• Use of automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Intentional exploitation of technical errors or system bugs to gain a financial advantage;
• Any form of result manipulation or match fixing;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Bonus abuse — creating fake accounts or coordinating multiple accounts to exploit promotions;
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the 765a;
• Use of VPNs or proxies to access the platform from jurisdictions where the service is unavailable.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bets, and balance hold during the investigation. In serious cases, the 765a may report activities to the relevant authorities.

12Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 765a. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and the available balance may be withdrawn via Pix.

The 765a reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud, the balance may be held during the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no irregularity occurred, the full balance will be released. In confirmed cases of fraud, the balance may be cancelled and the case referred to the relevant authorities.

13Limitation of Liability

The 765a operates its services with the highest technical standards and makes ongoing efforts to ensure availability and stability. However, the platform is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Internet connectivity issues on the user's end;
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on incorrect analysis or information obtained outside the platform;
• Bet results — the 765a does not guarantee winnings and acknowledges that betting carries inherent financial risk;
• Damages resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the account holder sharing their own login credentials.

The services of the 765a are provided "as is". The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though it is committed to resolving any outage as quickly as possible.

14Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 765a reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to the user via the registered email address and/or through an in-platform notification, with at least 7 days' notice before taking effect.

Urgent amendments — driven by regulatory requirements, court orders, or fraud prevention — may take effect immediately, with notice provided to the user at the time of publication.

Continued use of the services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.

15Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or claim arising from the use of the services of the 765a that cannot be resolved amicably through the platform's support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
